look yourself, you will spontaneously find yourself

  1. You go away from a vast nothing in order to be a small something.

  2. Don't project an idea of reality, of freedom be simply aware of the facts of your existence without wanting change. Seeing things in this way will bring you a state of deep relaxation both physical and psychological.

  3. The only way out is to simply observe. This allows us to take note of our physical reactions, or mental attitudes and patterns in her motivations at the exact moment they appear on it involves no evaluation, no analysis which is based on memory.

  4. There is the conviction that you are nobody, but moments arise in your daily life when you find yourself reacting. You see the event, you see your neighbor, and you still put an image of an "I" between your neighbor and yourself, between the event and yourself.

  5. Let's say you are looking at a sculpture from Angkhor Buddhism. The smile on the face of the Angkhor statue is particularly beautiful. When you attitude is receptive, you may be completely taken by this smile...The smile captures you and you feel yourself smiling.

  6. Do not emphasize the absence of objects. Emphasized only the presence of consciousness, life.

  7. When you listen without being aggressive or resisting, your whole body becomes this listening. Everything surrounding you is included in this listening, and ultimately there is total listening. There is no longer a listener and something listened to. You are then on the threshold of non-duality. You have left conceptual patterns behind. YOu must live this experience for yourself. "I am" points towards ultimate reality.

  8. In the evening when you go to bed prepare yourself, so as to avoid taking your daily worries with you. Observe whatever presents itself about becoming involved in the observation. For example, if you feel tired, really look at it and you will spontaneously find yourself on involved in it. Sooner or later the tiredness will cease to be the focal point of your attention and will disappear, burnt up by this awareness. Do the same with all the worries that preoccupy you. You will come to experience a feeling of harmony. Finally let your body sink into deeply.

  9. When you wake up in the morning, don't go immediately into a relation with objects. Stay in that moment before the old patterns return. It is your true being. First of all be deeply aware, let the ego and the world come to life later in your awareness.
