Don't take the ego too seriously.

  1. All true artists, whether they know it or not, create from a place of no-mind, from inner stillness.

  2. Power over others is weakness disguised as strength. True power if within, and it is available to you now.

  3. Whenever anything negative happens to you, there is a deep lesson concealed within it, although you may not see it at the time.

  4. How wonderful to go beyond wanting and fearing in your relationships. Love does not want or fear anything.

  5. Anything that you resent and strongly react to in another is also in you.

  6. Death is a stripping away of all that is not you. The secret of life is to "die before you die" — and find that there is no death.

  7. Unease, anxiety, tension, stress, worry — all forms of fear — are cause by too much future, and not enough presence. Guilt, regret, resentment, grievances, sadness, bitterness, and all forms of nonforgiveness are caused by too much past, and not enough presence.

  8. Don't take the ego too seriously.

  9. Acknowledging the good that you already have in your life is the foundation for all abundance.

  10. Once you have had a glimpse of awareness or Presence, you know it firsthand. It is no longer just a concept in your mind.

  11. The word enlightenment conjures up the idea of some superhuman accomplishment, and the ego likes to keep it that way, but it is simply your natural state of felt oneness with Being.

  12. Sometimes letting things go is an act of far greater power than defending or hanging on.
