Sai Baba

  1. Love all beings; that is enough.

  2. The service of man is the only means by which you can serve GOD.

  3. The heart with compassion is the temple of God.

  4. Whatever the trouble, however great the sorrow, persist and win by recollecting the LORD.

  5. Impure food makes the mind also impure; the sun of the inner glory of Dharma can never dawn within the impure mind.

  6. Secure spiritual bliss first and then try to convey it to those who thirst. When the tank is dry, how can the taps give water?

  7. See God in every one you meet; see God in every thing you handle. Live together, revere each other, let not the seeds of envy and hate grow and choke the clear stream of Love.

  8. Strive for the happiness, the joy of all others, as earnestly as you strive for your own; strive for the peace of the world, as diligently as you strive for your own. That is true divinity, that is true humanity.

  9. Each man carries his destiny in his own hands.

  10. When you live in the World of desire, you must be prepared for both Joy and Grief

  11. Man derives all the joy and peace that he needs from within himself and not from sources outside himself. So the best spiritual discipline is: strengthen the inward vision.

  12. You are not one person, but three:
    The one you think you are;
    The one others think you are;
    The one you really are.
